Payment Terms

Last updated 13 August 2026

The Fiji payment methods Noda Vale supports and how money moves between guests and owners.

Accepted methods

M-PAiSA, MyCash, bank transfer to the owner's Fiji bank account, and pay-on-arrival where the owner offers it. Owners choose which methods their listing accepts.

How payment is recorded

After you pay, keep the transaction reference. The owner confirms receipt in Noda Vale, which moves your booking to confirmed. Never send payment to an account that was not shown in your booking, and never pay outside the booking flow.

Fees

Guests pay the nightly rate and cleaning fee shown at booking. Owners pay a one-time listing fee per property, plus any booking commission disclosed in the price breakdown. Bank and mobile-money charges are set by your provider.

Currency, receipts and disputes

All amounts are in Fiji dollars (FJD). Your booking page is your receipt. If a payment is missing, unconfirmed or disputed, contact us through the Help & Support page with the booking reference and transaction reference and we will mediate.
