Property Owner Agreement

Last updated 13 August 2026

The rules and commitments that apply when you list a property on Noda Vale.

1. Your listing

You confirm that you own the property or are authorised to let it, that photos and descriptions are current and truthful, and that pricing shown is the total you will charge apart from clearly disclosed on-arrival charges.

2. Legal responsibilities

You are responsible for any licences or permits, iTaukei land or village consents, insurance, fire and electrical safety, and for declaring and paying all taxes and levies due on your earnings in Fiji.

3. Fees

A one-time listing fee is payable per property before it goes live. Any booking commission is disclosed in the price breakdown. Listing fees are non-refundable once a listing has been reviewed.

4. Hosting standards

Respond to booking requests within 48 hours, keep your calendar accurate, honour confirmed bookings, provide the property as described and clean on arrival, and communicate through Noda Vale so there is a record.

Repeated cancellations, off-platform payment requests, or discriminatory treatment of guests may result in suspension or removal.

5. Ending the agreement

You may remove your listing at any time, subject to honouring bookings already confirmed. Noda Vale may suspend or remove a listing that breaches this agreement, the law, or guest safety expectations.
